1) 投标人须具有独立法人资格，境内投标人提供加载统一社会信用代（略）

2）业绩证明：（略）今（以合同签订时间为准），投标人须具有自身签订的1份类似测量系统的供货业绩，需提供合同关键页（至少包含甲乙双方盖章或签字页、销售产品内容及数量、合同签订时间）；

3）投标人必须是软件开发商或软件开发商授权的代理商，投标人如为代（略）内的授权书；
